Welcome to our cozy and family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located right beside Legoland! 1. Bedrooms: - Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a relaxing bathtub. Large windows offer beautiful views and plenty of natural light. - Second Bedroom: This room includes 2 queen-sized beds and playful décor to make younger guests feel right at home. - Extra bed: One foldable mattress for a 7th guest, set up in the living room on request. 2. Bathrooms: - Bathroom 1: En-suite to the master bedroom, includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet. - Bathroom 2: Accessible from the main living area, includes a shower, sink, and toilet. 3. Living Area: - A spacious and inviting living room with plush seating, perfect for family gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure. 4. Kitchen & Dining: - A fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, a hot and warm water dispenser, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. - A cozy dining area with seating for the whole family. 5. • Key Cards: You get 2 key cards. The main card works in the car park and on the lobby glass door, the other only opens the glass door. No card is needed in the lift, and your unit door opens with a passcode. Parking: 1 free parking spot for your first car. A second car pays RM3 per entry at the building. • Toiletries Provided: Shampoo, body wash, single-use toothbrushes, and toothpaste are included. • Towels Provided: Soft, fresh towels are provided for your comfort during your stay! • Good to know: Daily cleaning isn't included with your stay. If you'd like a refresh during your booking, just let us know and we can arrange it for an additional fee. • Gym: the gym on Level 22 is in poor shape, most of the equipment is broken or missing, so please don't count on it. • Arriving early or leaving late? The guard at reception can hold your luggage, RM10 to RM40 depending on size. • A baby cot and a high chair are available. • Afiniti opened in 2016, so the building is about 10 years old. The lobby, lifts and car park show their age. • The basement car park is narrow and dim in places. The day before check-in we send a step-by-step guide to your parking bay and the right lift. • Most cafés nearby open around 9:30 to 10am. For an early breakfast, Coffee Bean at Gleneagles, 150 m away, opens at 7am. • Groceries: there's a 24-hour minimart and a 7-Eleven right next to each other in the building, plus a bigger supermarket, Ben's Independent Grocer, across the road at Mall of Medini. • Part of the walk to Legoland is not covered, so bring an umbrella on rainy days. • Early check-in is free if the unit is ready early.
