Start the day on the private balcony looking over the gardens and the pool. Both bedrooms face the pool too. Inside, 11-foot ceilings keep the living room bright and airy. The 58-inch smart TV takes your own Netflix or YouTube login, so sign in and your watchlist comes with you. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, knives, cutting board and cutlery. The dining table seats four. The water dispenser gives filtered water in warm and hot only, both safe to drink straight from the tap. There is no cold setting, so chill a bottle in the fridge if you want it cold. Two queen bedrooms, and the living room sofa bed sleeps a fifth guest. It is firmer than a normal sofa, that is on purpose. The bathroom has a rain shower and plush towels. Every room has its own aircon, with ceiling fans in the living room. Wifi runs at 200 Mbps and there is a proper desk in a room with a door if you need to work. Two free cleans during your stay. Check-in is from 3pm, checkout is 11am. Late checkout to 12pm is free when the calendar allows, just ask. After 12pm it is RM20 an hour. Parking: one free space comes with the unit. A second vehicle is RM20 a night, register at the guardhouse. Motorbikes park near Block 1C on Level P1. No smoking or vaping indoors. Use the balcony if you smoke. Smoking inside carries a RM200 deep-cleaning fee. No parties or events. Please keep noise down in the evenings, the walls are shared. Durian and mangosteen are not allowed in the unit. Rubbish goes in the kitchen bin. Please put used bath towels in the washing machine before you leave. Lost or damaged keycards are RM150. If something breaks, just tell us. Accidents happen and we would rather know than find out later.

Two free cleans are included during your stay. Just message us and we will arrange a time. Extra cleans beyond those two are available for a fee. Electricity is included in the rate. No meter readings, no extra charges. We only ask that you switch the aircon off when you go out. Worth knowing before you book: there is one bathroom, one free parking space (a second car is RM20 a night at the guardhouse), and no dryer in the unit, though there is a drying rack and a laundromat nearby. The water dispenser gives warm and hot filtered water only, not chilled. Durian and mangosteen cannot be brought into the unit. We have hosted here since June 2023 and have changed a lot about this place based on what more than 280 guests have told us.
