There is no dryer in this unit. 🧡 Family kit at no charge: cot, high chair with tray, baby bath, children's crockery, extra pillows and blankets.

You can park your ride at dedicated car park. Just don't block our neighbour's entrance, they've got places to be too. 🚭 Smoking: We're all about that fresh air life. So let's keep the inside of the property smoke-free. If you really need to smoke, the balcony is your best spot. 🔇 Noise: Let's be the neighbours' favourite by keeping the noise down, especially when the stars are out. 🗑️ Garbage: Let's keep it clean! 🧡 Parking: one bay is included, P5 lot 280, and we send turn by turn directions to it because the car park is genuinely confusing on a first visit. A second car or a motorbike is about RM20 a night, registered at the guard stand. Send us your car plate before you arrive and we will issue your car park QR code. 🧡 Beach: about a 3 minute walk, out past the Starbucks. Fine for a wander and for kids on the sand, but the water is murky, so treat it as a beach to walk on rather than swim at. 🧡 Shops: Beletime Danga Bay mall and the retail street sit right below the estate, with a supermarket, minimarts, Starbucks, cafes and simple dining. It is a short walk down, not an indoor connection. 🧡 No dryer and no luggage storage in this unit. 🧡 Cleaning: daily cleaning is not included. If you would like a mid stay refresh, message us and we will arrange it. 🧡 It is a lived in condominium, so you may occasionally hear neighbours or building works during the day.
