• Standard beds accommodate 4 guests. A foldable mattress for a fifth guest must be requested in advance. • One assigned parking space is provided on Level P5. Additional visitor parking may be available at RM20 per night through the guardhouse. • No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the sliding door fully closed. • Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. • Only registered guests may enter; no parties or events. • No durian or mangosteen inside the condo. • Light cooking only; avoid heavy frying or strong lingering odours. • Report damage or maintenance issues promptly through Airbnb.

Important before booking: • Pool hours: 8am–8pm • On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the pool opens at 12pm after maintenance • Building facilities are shared and may close for maintenance • The unit faces the pool but has no direct pool access • Building registration is required; arrival instructions explain the QR-code process • Ride-hailing and food-delivery drivers may stop at the guardhouse instead of the residential block • Daily cleaning is not included; an extra refresh can be arranged for a fee • Electricity is included—please switch off lights, fans and air conditioning when leaving
