Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the sliding door fully closed. • Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. • Only registered guests may enter; no parties or events. • No durian or mangosteen inside the condo. • Light cooking only; avoid heavy frying or strong lingering odours. • Report damage or maintenance issues promptly through Airbnb.

Important before booking: • Pool hours: 8am–8pm • On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the pool opens at 12pm after maintenance • Building facilities are shared and may close for maintenance • The unit faces the pool but has no direct pool access • Building registration is required; arrival instructions explain the QR-code process • Ride-hailing and food-delivery drivers may stop at the guardhouse instead of the residential block • Daily cleaning is not included; an extra refresh can be arranged for a fee • Electricity is included—please switch off lights, fans and air conditioning when leaving

Country Garden Danga Bay is a waterfront residential area with Beletime Mall, cafés, convenience stores, restaurants and the beachfront nearby. It is a practical base for visiting central Johor Bahru, City Square, Komtar JBCC, KSL City Mall and other city attractions by Grab or taxi. The condominium is access-controlled. Food-delivery riders generally stop at the Amberside guardhouse, where guests collect their orders.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire condo and one assigned parking space. Additional visitor parking may be available through the guardhouse for RM20 per night. Shared facilities are on Level P6: • Pool, gym, playground and yoga/study room • Games room and tennis court require advance booking through the host • BBQ pit: book with us at least 3 days ahead; condo management takes a RM200 deposit • Pool: 8am to 8pm, opens at 12pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday after maintenance Facility access is shared and subject to building hours, availability, rules and maintenance.

Grab and taxis are the easiest way to travel around Johor Bahru. Because the residence is access-controlled, ride-hailing drivers may drop guests at the Amberside guardhouse, followed by a short walk to Block 1E. The paid Causeway Link CG1 bus connects Country Garden Danga Bay with JB Sentral/CIQ. It does not travel directly to Singapore. Check the latest timetable before travelling. One assigned parking space on Level P5 is included. Additional visitor parking may be available through the guardhouse for RM20 per night.
