Taman Kempas Utama, a quiet residential taman in the north of Johor Bahru. The Setia Tropika government cluster is the nearest landmark: Pejabat Imigresen Setia Tropika, the Johor immigration office in the KDN complex, is 1.7 km away, about 5 minutes by car, and the JPN office for IC matters sits in the same cluster. A 99 Speedmart is 200 m across the road, and Lotus's and Starbucks in Setia Tropika are a 3 minute drive. Mid Valley Southkey, the biggest mall in JB, and the Mount Austin food strip are both an easy drive.

A car is the easy way around here. Driving in, use the visitor lane at the D'Summit main gate and register at Guard Post 1 with the QR code we send before arrival, then park at the reserved bay on level 3, right beside the lift. By Grab, ask the driver for D Summit Residences Main Gate. Street parking is available outside, and the shophouse car parks opposite the condo take extra cars overnight, run by a separate operator.
